You are running a business as a hosting and email provider you gotta be joking! You did so much more than that when we switched from our original company, I expected long periods of down time coupled with long waits for customer service representatives to eventually get back to us with the details of the changeover.
This was more like a walk in Central park on a sunny afternoon, your guys set up everything before the switch and even gave us access to the back office details to enable our own passwords to maintain security, this was nothing like the old host who would not even allow us access to more basic stuff. Thanks again Web-Feat youmade my day for sure!

I should like to place on record the fact that your help desk beats everything we have ever seen. Twice we screwed up with using our control panel, twice our staff e mailed your help desk to complain, on both occasions we were given rapid and exemplary service, we were very pleased with the way the "FAULT" was explained to us. It is hard to admit when one is wrong, it is even harder when one does it twice! I felt that your helpdesk needed a comment in writing from a very satisfied client.
